No. Pros On Call is an independent company. Brand names belong to their owners, and we use them only to say what we repair and install.
Do I have to stay with the same brand when I replace a part?
Not always. Springs, cables and rollers are matched by size and rating, not by the name on the door. Panels and openers are different, because the model matters. A photo of the label settles it.
What should I tell you when I call?
The brand, the model if you can find the label, and what it does or does not do. A photo helps. You get the price in writing before any work starts.
