Housing is a mix of newer subdivisions and rural lots. Stoney Ridge homes were built in the late 2000s and early 2010s and average about 1,600 square feet. Sun Chase is a 600-acre master-planned community. El Dorado has 170 lots of at least three-quarters of an acre. Newer homes have attached garages and builder doors.
