Do you repair gate openers you did not install?
Yes. Many of our gate calls are on operators someone else installed. We troubleshoot power, batteries, solar charging, limits, safety sensors and loop detectors on swing and slide gates.
Why does my solar gate stop working in the summer?
Heat shortens battery life, and a battery that is close to the end can no longer hold a charge through the night. A new battery, a clean panel and a charge check fix most of these calls. Gate repair starts at $149 plus parts.
Can you automate my existing driveway gate?
Usually, yes, if the gate swings freely and the hinges and posts are solid. Swing gate openers start at $2,495 installed for a single gate, and we look at the gate first.
Do you work with HOAs and property managers?
Yes. Community gates get one point of contact, itemized estimates your board can approve, and an insurance certificate on request.
How much does a gate service call cost?
A gate service call is $95. New gates and larger systems get a free on-site estimate.
