Troubleshoot the entry box
No dial tone, a box that will not call, or a code that stopped working. We trace it from the box to the operator.

Service the operator
Dead motors, worn parts, loop detectors and the safety gear. Gate repair starts at $149 plus parts. The $95 service call is waived when you approve the gate repair on the same visit.

Keep it safe
We install and service gates to UL 325 entrapment-protection requirements. Photo eyes and edges are tested before we leave.
Common issues
The call box will not dial or answer
A dead line, a power fault or a worn board. We start at the box and follow the wiring.
The gate is stuck open or closed
A tripped sensor, a dead battery or a failed operator. If it is stuck open, call and we will tell you what to do first.
The keypad ignores the code
A reset, a bad keypad or a wiring fault. We check the keypad, then the controller.
The gate reverses mid-travel
Usually a sensor, a loop or a safety edge doing its job against a real fault. We find out which one, we do not just bypass it.
If the gate is stuck
Do not force the gate by hand against the operator. Use the manual release if the gate has one, keep people and cars clear, and call.
